But there is more science, than art, in pricing space.  This session addresses the science behind the art of pricing space and discusses the systems that lead to leasing excellence.  We will introduce our new space-pricing tool which allows brokers to accurately price space based on market data and subjective considerations to derive at a very specific price per square foot.   Tom Bakke, Market Managing Director of Equity Office and co-creator/author of the pricing tool will be presenting this session with an Introduction by Mike Lipsey.
