This course has been approved for one credit hour toward the MCRE designation.

It is estimated that approximately 80% of all Brokers work on teams.   With such a high percentage of brokers working on teams, this course is as timely as it is necessary.  It takes action and effort to create and manage high-performing teams.  Most teams are developed without even the most basic awareness of whether the team members will work or interact well together.   This session focuses on ways to improve team performance and leverage their potential through effective team development, communication and management.
