As commercial real estate brokers are well aware, traditional "arms-length" real estate transactions are declining in number. In today's real estate market, professionals cannot afford to wait for transactions to occur - there are too few of them. Today, owners, investors and users continue to need many of the same services as always, and are willing to pay for them even when no transaction is at hand.
The opportunities to provide corporate and advisory services are significant, but the knowledge and skill to successfully penetrate these sources of income must be acquired. Property Management is rapidly moving toward a relationship-based business rather than a series of single transactions. Financial success, or broker income, will be tied directly to each broker's ability to develop ongoing service relationships with clients who have continuing needs for information and professional advice.
Our program has been designed not only for commercial brokers but for developers, corporate real estate professionals, property managers and asset managers. It will present ways in which a professional advisor can serve owners, and investors, considerably expand his/her client base, increase professional visibility and measurably enhancing the value of services rendered.
Training Courses
Our training programs are designed specifically to address the current environment and meet the challenges presented by an industry undergoing continuous change.
Courses are available for in-house delivery, keynote address and topical overviews for national meetings, and may include class exercises, case studies and role-plays designed to enhance and reinforce concepts taught in class.
Training programs are approved for MCRE credit hours. Credit varies by class.
